The 30th anniversary of the Food & Wine Classic in Aspen takes place June 15-17, 2012, and to celebrate the milestone there are a bunch of new events, including Last Bite, a late-night dessert party hosted by Gail Simmons , featuring star pastry chef Johnny Izzuni. There's also a special anniversary concert with TBD talent and a 5K Charity Run hosted by Bobby Flay. And let's not forget those 30th anniversary fireworks either, brought to you by the Aspen City Council for $10,000. [EN]
