The Daily Camera reports that Mark Heinritz, a co-owner of The Sink and West Flanders in Boulder, is opening a new brewpub on Pearl Street. Heinritz and his partners, including former LeftHand and Oskar Blues brewer Brian Lutz, will open West Flanders Brewing Co. in the two-story building that currently houses BJ's Restaurant & Brewery. Heinritz told the Camera that the brewery will feature a variety of craft brews and a menu with "hand-crafted, high-integrity, but price-point-accessible" beer-friendly dishes. The crew plans to get the project rolling as soon as BJ's Restaurant & Brewery moves to its new location at the Twenty Ninth Street development.
