Bar Shuffles at Le Grand and PBS; Bambú Food Truck

BAR SHUFFLES— Bartender Anika Zappe, previously of Linger, is now the bar manager for all Robert Thompson establishments, including Le Grand Bistro & Oyster Bar and Punch Bowl Social (slated to open this summer). Thompson tells Westword that he's been in talks with Zappe for over two years. "I've known all along that she was the right person for this job -- she's a retired rocker, a great mom and a great mixologist, and she rounds out our high-level team." [Westword]

GOLDEN TRIANGLE— Dazbog Coffee Company will open a café inside the new History Colorado Center, opening April 28th at 1200 Broadway. [Eaterwire]

GOLDEN— Good Times, a Golden-based burger and frozen custard chain, has enlisted Heathcote Capital LLC as a financial adviser for "a possible strategic transaction.” The Denver Business Journal reports that the new relationship will help in “identifying and contacting potential acquisition targets and/or sources of financing for the company.” [DBJ]
