BAR SHUFFLES— Bartender Anika Zappe, previously of Linger, is now the bar manager for all Robert Thompson establishments, including Le Grand Bistro & Oyster Bar and Punch Bowl Social (slated to open this summer). Thompson tells Westword that he's been in talks with Zappe for over two years.
