Pop-Up Watch: Meadow Lark Farm Dinners

Some of summer's most exclusive fresh produce will be served out of chef Heath Thompson's refurbished school bus (her name is Bella) at the wildly popular Meadow Lark Farm Dinners, and if you want the legit farm-to-table experience, be prepared to wait — the only way to score tickets is through a lottery system. Eater has learned that the lottery system for June's dinners will open on May 1 at noon, with the first farm dinner taking place on June 2. Last season's dinners sold so quickly last season that the MLFD site crashed within minutes.
