Westword critic Laura Shunk writes that chef Brett Sheehan's restaurant The Wooden Table is a great restaurant, if you can dismiss that fact it's in a surburban strip mall. Sheehan might play it a little safe too: "Our other mains were almost too balanced, if that's possible. While I appreciated the immaculate care that Shaheen had put into these plates, no single flavor stood out. Nor did the dishes themselves." [Westword]
