Everything from a barista's attitude to their finesse with a steamer usually goes noticed, and a barista's latte art is no exception. Apparently some local baristas in Denver strive to create frothy perfection at monthly latte competitions, and 5280 was on scene for last month's throwdown at Crema. The prize: bragging rights. The next competition is next Thursday, April 26th at Brewing Market Coffee in Lafayette.
