PEARL— Sushi Den's Toshi Kizaki, who owns the long-standing restautant with his brother Yasu, chatted with EatDrinkDenver about moving sister restaurant Izakaya Den next door: "Many people don’t realize how difficult it is to maintain quality control when you’re receiving shipments to different kitchens. The buildout will be a creative process, but the feel and menu of the old Izakaya Den will not change." [EDD]
