CO Company Will Open New Concept in Samba Room Space

Eater heard the shuttered Samba Room space on 14th and Larimer was under lease, and sure enough, the rumors are true. Pat McHenry, Larimer Associates partner, tells Eater that a successful Colorado-based company (chain?) will open a new restaurant concept unique to Larimer Square. "We were patient getting a concept we were excited about, and this one fits," McHenry said. Though McHenry won't confirm what company Larimer Associates is working with just yet, some inside sources tell Eater that an "out of the box" Smashburger concept is in the works. As of today, Smashburger has yet to confirm or deny the rumor, but hey, at least we know we're getting another restaurant.
