Last week, after four years of waiting, Vine Street Pub announced in-house brewing was finally underway. And more good news arrives from the brew pub today — growlers are officially available for purchase. [DOTW]
There's strong evidence that New Belgium Brewing will announce Asheville, NC., as the location for a second brewery. Mountain Xpress reports heavy activity on the Craven Street property rumored to be under contract by the brewery, and Bev Perdue, governor of North Carolina, will make an economic development announcement tomorrow afternoon. River North Brewery, new to the RiNo hood, will release Hypothesis in bottles tomorrow afternoon. Hypothesis can be purchased in the tap room and in select liquor stores. Up next for bottling: J. Marie Saison, currently available in the taproom. [DOTW]
