Behold: Mellow Mushroom's Denver Omelette Pizza

Denver's claim to breakfast fame is typically in the form of ham, bell peppers, onions and cheddar cheese — a lovely diner and truck stop staple called the Denver omelette. Apparently Mellow Mushroom, a pizza franchise with psychedelic pies, offers a Denver omelette pizza at its Denver location. In celebration of Eater' Pizza Week, LoDo's Mellow Mushroom is offering all breakfast pizzas for $5 off to anyone who mentions this post. So, if you're feeling like some eggs on your pizza come Saturday or Sunday morning, mellow out on 16th Street Mall with a sweet deal. Gluten-free breakfast pizzas are also available.
