Cheeky Monk Will Open Lost Highway Brewing Company

Well whaddya know, the crew behind the Cheeky Monk Belgian Beer Cafe is opening a brewery. Cheeky Monk marketing director Dona Dalton has confirmed to Eater that Lost Highway Brewing Company — a Belgium-inspired craft brewery — will open next door to the Cheeky Monk on East Colfax this fall. In other exciting news, Dalton says the new brewery will feature a tap room and rooftop patio, giving Cheeky Monk enthusiast multiple venue options. And considering the size of the building, that rooftop patio is one hell of a coming attraction.
