Ben Parsons, owner of Denver's Infinite Monkey Theorem urban winery, has created a special sparkling wine, just for Snooze Boulder. The new Snooze Booze will debut May 28th, and Snooze co-owner Jon Schlegel tells 5280 that it's a step towards better sustainability, as each of the seven Snooze locations typically goes through 10-12 cases of sparkling wine each week.
