Einstein's For Sale?; BOOM Yogurt Bar Coming to Lowry

CHAIN THINGS— Einstein Noah Restaurant Group, based out of Lakewood, is considering selling the entire company to maximize shareholder value. The group currently operates Einstein Bros. Bagels, Noah’s New York Bagels and Manhattan Bagel brands. [DBJ]

CITY PARK WEST— Everyone around here knows that Pinche Taqueria is all kinds of great, and apparently Epicurious.com thinks so too, with a little help from The Denver Post's Tucker Shaw. The site recently named Pinche Taqueria one of the best places to grab some tacos in the country. [Epicurious]

AURORA— Westword critic Laura Shunk reports that her favorite spot to grab Korean fried chicken, Al Bae Nae Korean at 2040 Havana, will close next week. "If you want to sample the only restaurant I know of in this city that's making good fried chicken, you'll want to get to Al Bae Nae before May 8." [Westword]

LOWRY— Boulder's BOOM Yogurt Bar is expanding to Lowry Town Center with the doors opening on May 21st. BOOM's menu will feature locally made yogurts, oatmeals, toppings and coffee. BOOM Yogurt Bar uses natural frozen yogurt (with probiotics) slow cooked oatmeal, Noosa Yogurt, greek yogurt, a non-dairy yogurt, various purees from Noosa, fresh fruit, fresh mochi, chocolates from local company Concertos in Chocolate and Kim And Jake's Cake's.
