As part of Eater's first ever Pizza Week, several local chefs agreed to make a special limited-edition pizza or pizza-inspired dish. For those in search of a non-traditional 'za, chef Jensen Cummings has just the thing. Row 14 Bistro & Wine Bar doesn't normally serve pizza, but Cummings has created a grilled flatbread topped with Piment d'Espelette tomato sauce, special tempura-fried calamari, Ollin Farms arugula, fresh mozzarella, pickled ramps, grape tomato confit and black sesame seeds. "I considered a variety of textures on this one. I wanted to stick with some iconic pizza flavors while bringing some Row 14 elements into the mix." The limited-edition fried calamari flatbread will be available for $12 all week long. Tell 'em Eater sent you.
