Well Denver, it sounds like Ryan Tedder, Colorado Springs native and lead singer of One Republic will, in fact, bring a little Southern Hospitality to our city. The Southern Hospitality Franchisee Holding Corp. announced today that the Manhattan-based restaurant co-founded by pop icon Justin Timberlake will open in Denver's historic St. Elmo Hotel. “I’m looking forward to seeing Southern Hospitality make its way West—and I’m happy there will finally be a location in Denver, my own backyard," says Tedder, who co-owns a New York Southern Hospitality location in Hell's Kitchen. Representatives from the St. Elmo Hotel say the building aligns with Southern Hospitality's mission to create a modern-meets-industrial atmosphere. Whatever it ends up looking like, there's always room for more barbeque and bourbon in this city. Construction is slated to begin this month for an October opening.
