Chef Ian Kleinman of the The Inventing Room will host a molecular doughnut pop-up shop July 9-14, from 6 to 11 a.m. at Table Six. Kleinman will feature nine doughnuts each morning, including a crazy coffee menu (three pots of coffee in a single shot, anyone?). As first reported by Eater several weeks ago, Kleinman hopes to open Denver's first molecular doughnut and coffee shop at some point. [Westword]
