We're days away from the debut of Chefs Club by Food & Wine, a new restaurant concept in The St. Regis Aspen Resort that features the magazine's Best New Chef winners from previous years. For the opening, Denver's Alex Seidel of Fruition (2010 winner) has crafted a menu with George Mendes of Aldea in New York (2011 winner), James Lewis of Bettola in Birmingham, AL (2010 winner) and Sue Zemanick of Gautreau’s in New Orleans (2008 winner). The Chefs Club menu will rotate twice a year, and featured chefs will make occasional appearances at the resort to showcase the menu. Additionally, Food & Wine editors will choose cocktail and wine pairings for each menu.
The St. Regis Aspen Resort has given Eater the menu exclusive, which goes live the first day of the Food & Wine Classic in Aspen this Thursday, June 14th.
