BREW NEWS— Black Fox Brewing in Colorado Springs is headed for Denver. Owner and brewer John Schneider tells First Drafts that he hopes to find a 10,000 square-foot space somewhere near the Denver Skatepark at 19th and Little Raven. “We’ve been brewing really fun beers, bastardizing styles, and just trying to have fun, you know? Now we’re at a point where we’re ready to go open up our own shop, get our own atmosphere, our own tasting room, our own attitude, our own personality ? All that stuff.” [First Drafts]

CHERRY CREEK— After seven months of business, Bisque in Cherry Creek has closed. [Westword]

WASH PARK— For those who don't know, chef/proprietor Olav Peterson of Bittersweet does not hire a gardener for his produce. Peterson recently showed 5280's Amanda Faison around the restaurant, where he cooks fresh vegetables every night during service. "It's us. It's our staff that pulls the weeds and harvests the vegetables. This is understanding food in its most basic and purest form." [5280]

LARIMER SQUARE— Tom's Urban 24 Diner, the new tenant going into the Samba Room space at 1460 Larimer St., has officially joined twitter (@TomsUrban24). Let the countdown to Larimer Square's new 24-hour diner begin. [EaterWire]

LINCOLN PARK— Drip Coffeehouse is now open at 955 Lincoln St. in the former Aviano Coffee (now in Cherry Creek) space. [Westword]
