Ritz-Carlton Pop-Ups; New Bramble & Hare Signage

DOWNTOWN— Justin Fields, executive chef of the Ritz-Carlton Denver, will host monthly pop-up dinners with foreign film screenings beginning Saturday, June 30th. BOULDER— Bramble & Hare, a new restaurant from Black Cat Bistro chef/proprietor Eric Skokan at 1970 13th St., officially has some signage. Though an opening date has yet to be announced, Skokan will serve a sneak peak from the menu during "Sip and Sign," a dining event at Black Cat Bistro with Homesweet Homegrown authors Robyn Jasko and Jennifer Biggs on Monday, June 25th.
