More details about Southern Hospitality, a New York restaurant chain opening in Denver's St. Elmo Hotel this fall, have emerged via Colorado Table: Chief operating officer Steve Cominsky says the concept isn't a barbeque joint, but rather an "upscale bar and restaurant" with prices falling between Texas Roadhouse and the Outback Steakhouse. The restaurant will have a "Ralph Lauren vibe" and it will feature a large basement that includes a VIP room for meetings and live music. [CT]
