Opus Moves In With Aria To Launch New Concept

Sorry, Littleton — Opus Restaurant has moved on to Cherry Creek. Though suburban life was great and all, "Littleton Fine Dining" at Opus will now fuse with Aria in fancy pants Cherry Creek. On Sunday, Opus chef Sean McGaughey packed his kitchen to move in with Aria, where he'll execute his menu at Opus Restaurant and Aria Wine Bar — a concept slated to take flight this Thursday. Trisha Lindeman, Opus spokeswoman, tells Blacktie that restaurant was due for a new look: “The Opus space needed a considerable investment to continue business. We decided our money would be better spent in Cherry Creek.” Lindeman says the Opus menu will be available in the dining room, with small plates served in the wine bar. The space will undergo some cosmetic changes as well.
