Over the weekend, Blacktie reported that Opus Restaurant was packing up and headed to Cherry Creek to move in with Aria, and today more details have surfaced via Westword. Chef Sean McGaughey (who apparently has a Castle Rock restaurant in the works as well) says he's taking service at Opus Restaurant & Aria Wine Bar to the next level: The "goal is to really take Opus up a notch, sort of like Frasca or the Little Nell."
