Help Crown the 'King or Queen of Porc' in Aspen

GrandCochon_488.jpgMissed your pork fill in Denver this year? Head out to Aspen next weekend when Cochon 555 returns to Colorado for the finale event, Grand Cochon 2012. Grand Cochon, presented by Le Creuset, is set for June 17th, at the FOOD & WINE Classic in Aspen.

Get your tickets here for closing party festivities as winners from the 10-city competition and tasting tour, including Iron Chef Marc Forgione (NYC), CIA instructor Lars Kronmark (Napa), 2009 FOOD & WINE Best New Chef nominee Kelly English (Memphis) and Michelle Bernstein (Miami), will prepare an original snout-to-tail menu created from heritage breed pigs.

Tickets for Grand Cochon are $150 for general admission. VIP tickets for $200 include early access, private tasting of reserve wines, artisan cheeses, oysters and Black River Caviar. Note: attendees do not need a FOOD & WINE Classic in Aspen pass to attend. For more info, visit cochon555.com, or follow us at twitter.com/cochon555.
