Several Denver restaurants entertained Matt Rodbard of Food Republic recently, and he's graced us with some observations after experiencing Mile High dining — all in a five hour span, by the way. His adventure included "refined fat kid food" at Row 14, Asian chicken wings and kimichi hot dogs at ChoLon, "A.D.D. dining" at "clusterfucky popular" Linger, dinner with Charlie Palmer at District Tavern and an omakase feast prepared by the "Jiro Ono of Denver" (Toshi Kizaki) of Sushi Den.
