Chef Jay Leandro Launches Pub 17 at The Grand Hyatt

The Grand Hyatt announced the opening of Pub 17 today, a new pub in the former 1876 Restaurant space that bares the motto: "Food. Thoughtfully Sourced. Carefully Served." Chef de cuisine Jay Leandro, who held the lead cook position at 1876 Restaurant, has designed menus to marry well with the pub's craft beer selection. "We knew the effort would be ambitious, but we are pleased to present more than 50 of them, bottled and on tap," Leandro says, pointing to beer as the inspiration for just about everything at Pub 17. With 'Hop'tails, Colorado-inspired cocktails, and 40 local brews, you could say Pub 17 is pretty loyal to the whole local thing.
