The Humble Pie Store, which currently sells pies at farmers markets on weekends, is gearing up to open an actual store at 300 Elati St. Owner Tamara Brink tells Westword that everything is made from scratch: "All of the pies are created with simple, organic, fresh ingredients, and I'm doing a buttermilk banana cream pie that's made with housemade graham crackers that pretty much makes you want to cry."
