The Cove Opens at Star Bar; B Wells Brewery

BALLPARK—Star Bar (2137 Larimer St.) is now home to a new bar called the Cove, where bartender Britt Henze has created a patio wonderland with constantly rotating, boozy offerings like alcohol slushies and "booz-cicle" otter pops. [DOTW]

BOULDER— Jamie Wells, owner of B Wells Brewery (opening next month at 2516 49th St.) chatted with The Daily Camera about surviving in a saturated market: "Being the best. That's how you survive. I also believe that having a diversified market also helps. So just having a taproom isn't enough. ... I think it's important to expand to other markets. So we're gonna be bottling pretty much right away and expanding to other markets outside of Boulder." [DC]
