The folks from New Belgium Brewing revealed their plans for a new brewing facility in Asheville on Wednesday. According to a release, the brewery will include "a 'liquid center' tasting room, a 200-barrel brewhouse, malt building, packaging hall and cellar space." Heavy demolition will take place in the fall and the ground-breaking will take place in January. It should be completed in 2015. [EaterWire]
