Kevin Morrison to Bring Pinche Tacos to Highlands

Kevin Morrison, the owner of widely beloved Pinche Taqueria and Pinche Taco Truck, tells Cafe Society yesterday that he's signed a deal on a space for a second location at 3300 West 32nd Ave. Like the wildly popular original, which debuted last fall, the second taqueria will serve a menu of inventive tacos and cocktails, but the space will be larger and will feature an open kitchen in the middle of the dining room, spinning spits of meat, and traditional al pastor machines.

Morrison hopes to open the new location in January. Stay tuned for more as the space progresses.
