Former Denver Bronco's football player Vance Johnson will open Vance's Epicurious restaurant in Grand Junction in a vacant Smashburger building. Johnson, who also owns VJ's Outlaw Ribbs in Parachute, tells The Denver Post that the new restaurant will serve pizza, fish tacos, barbecue and Hawaiian dishes. Vance's Epicurious will also feature a burger dedicated to every team in the AFC West. [DP]
