Amerigo Delicatus Restaurant & Market (2449 Larimer St.) will open this week, assuming the next couple days go according to plan. Cafe Society editor Lori Midson worked with chef/owner Iain Chisholm during last weekend's soft opening, and Chisholm says the restaurant will likely open on Wednesday for lunch, with a scaled-back menu during dinner hours.
