Here's a first (finished) look inside Prost Brewing — equipped with one of the most slick taprooms to debut in Denver yet. When Eater posted plywood images back in June, head brewer Bill Eye was just entering his first brewing cycle, and now, Eye's beers have entered the Denver market at select bars, including Falling Rock, Freshcraft, Rackhouse Pub and Ale House at Amato's. In one week, Eye will debut his beers in-house, welcoming Denver's German beer enthusiasts to enjoy the good stuff in the beer garden or in the large beer hall/taproom. Prost!
