CHERRY CREEK— Trend alert: Phat Thai, chef/restaurateur Mark Fischer's flagship restaurant out of Carbondale that opened in Cherry Creek (2900 E. 2nd Ave.) last winter, might be the only place in town to try the latest drinking trend — drinking vinegars. Phat Thai serves several infused vinegars mixed with sodas to complement the restaurant's food. [NRN]

LOHI— Prost Brewing (2540 19th St.), brewer Bill Eye's highly-anticipated German brewhouse, is finally open and pouring. [EaterWire]

BURGER WIRE— Last night's Denver Burger Battle at Sports Authority Field at Mile High lured burger fanatics from all over the state.
