Open since 1998 on West Pearl Street, Bácaro Venetian Taverna unveils a brand new menu today. Bácaro owner Corrado Fasano tells Eater that the old menu was too vast, with upwards of 130 items. The new menu has been tailored down to 50 items with the help of Bácaro's new chef Aaron Bennett, previously of Aspen's Dish Restaurant and Denver's Brown Palace Hotel. Set to rotate seasonally, the menu changes are reflected in their happy hour and dinner services. Aesthetically, Bacaro plans to to shape their concept by creating a "Farm to Table theme made up of furniture and accents made from reclaimed materials." In line with supporting local and Colorado products, Bácaro also plans to host monthly Farm Dinners set at $45/person.
