LODO— The last four days of this month will bring to Coohils a series of Iceland-inspired dinners in a unique collaboration between Coohills owner/chef Tom Coohill and Iceland's own Hakon Mar Orvarsson. The costs of the dinner will be $65 per person, with an option to add an extra course and wine pairings for $95. The menu includes cold-smoked Icelandic Arctic char, grilled Icelandic langoustine tails and Icelandic lamb loin. And hello dessert—Skyr of the Vikings, an Icelandic yogurt treat with a hazelnut crumble, cinnamon rhubard compote and fresh berries, finishes the meal. Coohills Restaurant recommends making reservations. [DP]
