The Beauvallon residential complex located in the Golden Triangle neighborhood has not been a lucky spot for its retail tenants and Japoix, the pan-Asian, new American eatery located on its northeast corner is its latest casualty. Westword reports today that Japoix closed its doors permanently last Monday after struggling with bringing customers in because of construction madness outside its front door, high turnover in the kitchen and less-than-stellar critic reviews.
