The team at Pizzeria Locale will bring their concept to Denver. Owner Bobby Stuckey tells Eater how it will be different in the mile-high city: "Right now, when you have a meal at Pizzeria Locale in Boulder is that the pizzeria you grew up going to? Is that where your dad brought you after soccer? No. We have a reservationist, we decant Barolo. In Denver we will do things different—it will be much more casual."
The group is still on their long and hard search for a space, checking out neighborhoods all over the city. One criteria on the search is a spot that will have a strong lunch crowd.
