Metropolis Coffee Opens Second Location

Metropolis Coffee, the independently-owned, Denver-based coffee house quietly opened its second location in LoHi, joining a growing number of new restaurants, breweries, and coffee shops like Central Bistro, Black Eye Coffee House, Uncle, and Prost Brewing.

Brock Wortman, owner of the original Metropolis in the Golden Triangle neighborhood, partnered in this new location with Miguel Vicuna. The two built out the funky contemporary space themselves and are excited for the opportunity to be part of this young community.

Metropolis will continue its signature moves: Herkimer beans, crafted lattes, and fresh baked goods from Spruce Confections and City Bakery. On its second week in LoHi, the coffee shop is quickly drawing coffee-lover neighbors in.
