George Gastl, the man behind The Big Easy Creole Kitchen, is heating up some serious Creole dishes for Denver, Thrillist reports. The menu at the new Cherry Creek eatery includes a house specialty turtle soup, sweetbreads atop a rich crawfish ragout, crusted red snapper with braised collards in a Creole tomato sauce, and grilled pork tenderloin and crispy pork belly called the Cochon Duo.
