Drew and Ashley Shader, owners of the Denver Biscuit Company, Fat Sully's NY Pizza, and the Atomic Cowboy, have been looking for a space for a second location of Fat Sully's for a while. The couple recently announced that this second location for the New York-style pizza joint will be at at 143 South Broadway.
The new Fat Sully's will feature delivery, pick up, and a walk-up window for slices and to-go pies. "Our reputation was built on our slices from the beginning, but we've been amazed by the demand for delivery," Drew Shader said. "Our new shop will give us the ability to offer delivery to Bonnie Brae, Baker, Cherry Creek, Country Club, and Platte Park so it will almost triple the delivery area," Shader added.
Fat Sully's Pizza has been baking NY-style slices and pies in Denver for the past four years. The restaurant takes pride in sourcing its mozzarella directly from a single source Wisconsin farm, importing its carmelina tomatoes from Italy, and using toppings prepared in house every day.
The new shop on South Broadway will open later in January.
