BOULDER — On Monday, January 21, Frasca Food and Wine's weekly Monday Night Wine Dinner series features the wines of Ronco Del Gnemiz, Friuli, Italy. — Frank has decided to open his highly informative wine and spirits training program at Bonanno Concepts to the public. In 2012, Bonanno Concepts provided staff the opportunity to attend more than 50 wine, beer and spirits classes. This represents more than 1,000 hours of learning done by servers, bar staff, bussers, cooks, managers and chefs last year —all with the end goal of delivering the best guest experience possible.
