— Frank has decided to open his highly informative wine and spirits training program at Bonanno Concepts to the public. In 2012, Bonanno Concepts provided staff the opportunity to attend more than 50 wine, beer and spirits classes. This represents more than 1,000 hours of learning done by servers, bar staff, bussers, cooks, managers and chefs last year —all with the end goal of delivering the best guest experience possible. Frank now invites the public to enjoy classes taught by some of the most knowledgeable personalities in Denver. We've already scheduled the first four classes for the season, which will be taught by Wooldridge. See descriptions below:

CAPITOL HILL — On January 31, from 6 to 8 p.m. at Mizuna, Frank Bonanno will host the first of a series of wine seminars previously open only to his staff for training purposes.
