CHERRY CREEKLe Creuset in Cherry Creek will welcome executive pastry chef Christopher Jordan of EDGE Restaurant at the Four Seasons for a technique-focused cooking demonstration centered around poaching. BERKELEY— On Saturday January 26 Hops & Pie welcomes the monthly Littlest Big Beer Fest. The festivities start at noon and small brewers from across the country are featured. Among the highlights: Green Bullet 9th Anniversary Triple IPA , Candela Rye Barleywine, a collaboration with Cigar City Brewing, and Le Freak, a Belgian Trippel mixed with an American IPA. LODO — On March 5 from 6 to 9:30 p.m., Cook Street School of Culinary Arts is hosting a pork-centric cooking class- curing, smoking and braising pork belly. After learning about a variety of cures, you will cure an individual portion of pork belly. This class is hands on with a strong demonstration focus.
