Olivéa, the popular Uptown eatery helmed by owners Stephanie Bonin and Keith Arnold with culinary direction from chef John Broening and pastry chef Yasmin Lozada-Hissom, will close its doors after dinner service on Thursday, January 10. The owners decided to sell the restaurant in light of their upcoming move to New England. Bonin and Arnold also own duo Restaurant where no changes are planned.
For the next three days, to celebrate the last four years in business and thank the loyal guests, Olivéa is offering a three course menu for $25 per person. After closing, Olivéa gift certificates will be honored at duo Restaurant.
In a message to Olivéa guests and the Denver dining community, the couple behind the restaurant said:
It has been a wonderful 4 years and we are so thankful for all your support and for your support of all local restaurants in Denver. We are also incredibly proud of what we have offered the dining scene here in Denver. Thanks also to each and every staff person who has been a part of Olivéa, our amazing managers over the years and to John Broening & Yasmin Lozada-Hissom our wonderful chef team and founding partners.
To reserve a seat during these last three days of service, call 303.861.5050 or go to OpenTable.
