Cideries are following in Colorado craft beer's footsteps with the recent increase in cideries openings, reports the Denver Business Journal. Colorado Cider Company owned by Brad Page is expected to to produce 25,000 gallons this year versus the 4,000 gallons it produced in 2011. Denver's RiNo neighborhood will soon be home to Stem Ciders owned by Eric Roster and Philip Kao that will open in later this year. [DBJ] —By Kelsey Colt
