Today, Ink! Coffee, the Colorado-based coffee shop and roaster, opened its newest location in Denver at 1801 California Street inside the newly renovated Century Link building. This ninth outpost is the largest location of Ink! Coffee, spanning over 2,000 square feet on the first floor of the 54-story building.
Coffee will be served at this location on weekdays from 6 a.m. to 5 p.m. With the grand opening celebrations, Ink! is also kicking off office coffee services. Now anyone interested can have Ink! Coffee in their office at all times.
That same building will soon become home to a new steakhouse concept from chef Troy Guard of TAG, TAG Raw and TAG Burger Bar. The steakhouse, which has yet to be named, will occupy a 9,000 square foot space and will likely open in February of next year.
