Udi's Foods, which produces 15,000 pounds of bread each day, is getting a new executive pastry chef: Jason Lebeau, formerly of Coohills. A press release about the shuffle says that Lebeau has 26 years of culinary experience, including study at Baltimore Culinary College and positions at the J.W.
