Just in time for Cocktail Week, The Kitchen Upstairs in Boulder closed over the weekend and reopened on Monday, featuring new chandeliers, exposed brick, and bold splashes of color throughout the design. The restaurant and lounge reopened with a fresh cocktail menu, too.
The new beverage list at The Kitchen Upstairs includes more than 60 craft beers, with a menu sectioned by beer styles. There is also a section called Stefan's Picks handcrafted by beverage director Stefan Beck that includes selections from Great Divide, Crooked Stave, and Odell, among many others.
The updated cocktail menu, curated by bar manager Geoff Barrett has three sections: specialty cocktails, classic cocktails, and non-alcoholic cocktails, all made with an extensive selection of spirits, notably Leopold's Silver Tree vodka, Roundhouse Spirits barrel-aged gin, and Stranahan's whiskey. Here's a preview:
Stay tuned for photos of the updated space.
