WESTMINSTER — Halloween might be all about candy, but Friday 1, Day of the Dead, is all about the food. At Kachina Southwestern Grill, the menu will consist of traditional Dia de los Muertos holiday food like pork tamales with morita salsa and candied pumpkin with caramelized pumpkin seeds. At the Taos Lounge there will be a chair made out of animal bones covered with flowers and candles. As part of the Lyons restaurant relief Joe's will host a restaurant each week to serve dinner from 5:30 to 10:30 p.m. There is a three-course meal for $50, just beer and wine for $25, or both for $70.
