Denver rolls out the wine events in November, with the popular Denver International Wine Festival and associated dinners and pairings. As always, both Denver and Boulder are brimming with beer-related events, and this year for the first time ever at a brand new venue, the Colorado Brewer's Guild presents the Thanksgiving Rendezvous at Stapleton Tap House. Also on Eater's November calendar are dinners like Gather at Botanic Gardens and what will be an epic feast for the five-year anniversary of Twelve Restaurant. Without further ado, these events and more.

When: November 6 - 10
Where: Omni Interlocken Resort
What: The Denver International Wine Festival made a Fodor's list of the 10 can't miss fall wine festivals in the United States, and for good reason. This competition and celebration features vintner's dinners, a Julia Child tribute and auction luncheon, seminars, and the grand tasting of international wines that takes place on Friday November 8.

When: Thursday November 7, 6 to 9 p.m.
Where: Omni Interlocken Resort
What: This food and wine pairing competition is the pinnacle event of the Denver International Wine Festival. This year's competition will feature former White House Chef John Moeller.

When: Saturday November 9, 12 to 5 p.m.
Where: Avery Brewing Co.
What: Gather up at Avery Brewing Company for an afternoon filled with IPAs from all over the USA. This highly anticipated tasting event celebrates America's favorite style of beer with four-ounce samples and live music.

When: Sunday November 10, 1 to 5:30 p.m.
Where: Oriental Theatre
What: If you have a killer chili recipe or you just love chili go to the 8th Annual Meanest Chili Cook-Off; enter the chili contest or just come taste chili and watch the Broncos play the Chargers on the theatre-sized screen.

When: Sunday November 10, 2:30 to 5 p.m.
Where: EXDO Event Center
What: Get ready for the second annual Denver Bacon & Beer Festival hosted by Eat Boston and Denver Off The Wagon. Sample bacon dishes and beers from more than 25 restaurants like Colt & Gray and Trillium; and 25 breweries, including Avery Brewing Co., Odyssey Beerwerks, Renegade Brewing, and River North Brewery. Don't miss the Bacon and Beer Festival Brewers' Dinner on Saturday evening at Wynkoop Brewing Company.

When: Monday November 11, 5:30 p.m.
Where: Twelve Restaurant
What: Celebrate Twelve's fifth anniversary with a special dinner beginning with cocktails and appetizers at 5:30 p.m. The dinner will feature six of Denver's top chefs, including Paul Reilly from Beast + Bottle, Alex Seidel from Fruition, and Twelve's chef and owner Jeff Osaka. Courses include smoked cobia, robbiola tortellini with veal sweetbread confit, and braised beef shank with pimento cheese grits.

When: Thursday November 14, 6 to 10 p.m.
Where: EXDO Event Center
What: This one-of-a-kind festival lets guests judge a beer and food pairing competition with 15 local chefs like Jensen Cummings and Jay Leandro, and 15 Colorado breweries like Funkwerks and Prost, competing.

Where: various Boulder restaurants
What: This eighth annual event highlights Boulder's dining scene. For one full week, more than 40 of Boulder's top restaurants, including Basta, Centro, Mateo, and SALT will offer a special three course $26 prix fixe dinner menu to the community.

When: Saturday November 16, 8 p.m.
Where: Vesta Dipping Grill
What: This ninth annual event benefits the Make A Wish Foundation. This bash supports No Shave November with food and drink specials, as well as stick-on stashes for those who don't grow their own.

When: Sunday November 17, 1 to 5 p.m.
Where: Stapleton Tap House
What: This fall the Colorado Brewers Guild will introduce the latest of its Rendezvous events, the first annual Thanksgiving Rendezvous. This is going to be a small, intimate beer festival with Colorado craft beers from more than 19 different breweries.

When: Monday November 18, 6:30 to 9 p.m
Where: York Street location of the Denver Botanic Gardens
What: The Denver Botanic Gardens quarterly supper Gather will feature Dana Rodriguez, former executive chef of Bistro Vendôme, who will open Work & Class in the RiNo neighborhood this winter. This exclusive event is limited to 75 attendees, served at a long family-style table in Denver Botanic Garden's Orangery, features four courses of seasonally-inspired cuisine, and is BYOB.

When: Monday November 18, 6 to 10 p.m.
Where: Upslope Brewing, 1898 South Flatiron Court
What: Join Upslope Brewing and Blackbelly for a multi-course menu that pairs perfectly with some of Upslope's Great American Beer Festival medal-winning beers. Guests also get a behind-the-scenes look at Upslope's new brewing facility on a special private tour of the brewery.

When: Thursday November 21, 5:30 to 9:30 p.m.
Where: The McNichols Civic Center Building
What: The Rocky Mountain French American Chamber of Commerce will host the 15th Annual Beaujolais and Beyond Food & Wine Festival, with more than 15 of Denver's top restaurants. Food lovers and wine enthusiasts alike will have the opportunity to taste some of France's premier wines and local gourmet eats from top chefs. This year's judges are Jennifer Brauns of Indulge in Denver, Jenna Johansen of Epicurean Culinary Group, Jackson Lamb, the director of hospitality management at Metropolitan State University of Denver, and Evan Faber, the director of brand development for Moxie Sozo.

When: Friday November 22, 5 to 9 p.m.
Where: Mile High Station
What: Craft Beer Radio goes big for their annual holiday party, the Holiday Beer Bash. More than 30 breweries and more than 75 different beers will be available at this pre-Thanksgiving beer fest.

When: Saturday November 30, 6 p.m.
Where: The Renaissance Denver Hotel
What: Only group and VIP tickets are left for this highly anticipated winter gathering, in which gentlemen from throughout the community don their chef hats for the evening and prepare samples for the crowd. Guests also enjoy live music, dancing, and a silent auction.
