WEST COLFAXAmerican Craft Beer Radio is using beer to get in the spirit at the Holiday Beer Bash on Friday November 22. The radio station will be serving beer from over 30 different breweries like Breckenridge Brewery, Denver Beer Co, Left Hand Brewery, and Dry Dock. CAPITOL HILLCharcoal restaurant will host Wildly Edible Colorado, a dinner themed around autumn and edible foraged plants. On Tuesday November 26, chefs Max Kofoed and Nick Martinez will partner up to prepare meals like "Frozen Pond" which is ISI gnocchi, chanterelles, roasted potato broth, and butter froth or First Snow, which consists of juniper snow, huckleberry fluid gel, and compressed pears. VAIL— The third annual Whole Hog Dinner will be hosted by Restaurant Kelly Liken on Saturday December 7. The hog from Story Farms, raised by Logan Story a local 4-H participant, will be used to demonstrate various cuts of the pig and butchery techniuques by master butcher Mark DeNittis. The dinner that focuses on the importance of 4-H and hands-on environment learning will feature a four-course nose-to-tail menu and cocktails from Ian Tulk.
